1. Terms of Service

Welcome to edumail.su. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the email forwarding services ("Service") provided by edumail.su and its network of domains (e.g., gold.edu.pl, academic.edu.rs, etc.).

By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

A. Description of Service

Our Service is an email privacy and forwarding service. It is designed to help users protect their primary, real email inboxes from spam, unwanted marketing, and data breaches. We provide forwarding-only email addresses that route incoming messages to a user's designated inbox, without revealing their primary address to the public.

This is a RECEIVE-ONLY Service.

Our network and domains (e.g., gold.edu.pl, academic.edu.rs) are technically configured to only receive and forward email. They cannot originate or send new email. Any email that appears to be sent from one of our domains is fraudulent, spoofed, and not from our system.

B. Acceptable Use Policy

Our service is provided to you for legitimate, personal, and lawful use. You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Prohibition on Sending: Attempt to use the Service to send, relay, or originate email. Our network is strictly receive-only. Any attempt to find and use our system for sending mail is a violation of these terms.
• Engage in Illegal Activities: Receive or store any content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or violates any local, national, or international law. This includes, but is not limited to, phishing, scams, and malware.
• Abuse Third-Party Services: This is strictly prohibited. You may not use email addresses from our Service to abuse the terms of other websites, platforms, or services. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Signing up for multiple "free trial" accounts.
• Evading the policies or ban-systems of other websites, forums, or services.
• Creating automated or fraudulent accounts on third-party platforms.
• Harassment: Use the Service to receive harassing, threatening, or defamatory content.
• Infringe on Intellectual Property: Receive any material that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

C. Termination and Abuse Enforcement

We take a zero-tolerance stance on abuse. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any user or address found to be in breach of these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use Policy.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Blocking specific email addresses from receiving mail.
• Blocking specific senders from our entire network.
• Taking an entire forwarding domain (e.g., gold.edu.pl) offline if abuse becomes widespread.
• Cooperating with third-party blacklist operators and law enforcement to report and stop abuse.

D. Abuse Reporting

We are committed to maintaining a clean and reputable service. If you are a third-party service, blacklist operator, or individual who has received fraudulent (spoofed) email from our domains, or believe our service is being used to abuse your platform, please contact us immediately.

E. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

A. Information We Collect

Because of the nature of an email forwarding service, we must handle the following data to provide the Service:

• Email Content: We temporarily process the content of all emails sent to our forwarding domains (including attachments, sender, and all headers) to forward them to your destination inbox.
• Destination Address: We store and use your final destination email address (e.g., [email protected]) to deliver your mail.
• Logs: Our systems (including Cloudflare Workers and our mail server) temporarily log metadata about emails. This includes the sender's address, the recipient's address, the sender's IP, and timestamps.

We do NOT have user accounts. We do NOT collect personal names, billing information, passwords, or any other personal information.

B. How We Use Information

Your information is used for two purposes only:

1. To Provide the Service: To receive, filter, and forward your emails to your designated destination inbox.
2. To Prevent Abuse: To monitor for spam, identify abusive behavior, and enforce our Terms of Service. We use logs to investigate reports of abuse.

C. How We Share Information

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your email content or destination address with any third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

The only exceptions are:

• Abuse Investigations: If we receive a credible abuse complaint (as per our Terms of Service), we may share log data or email headers with the complainant or with law enforcement to stop the abuse.
• Legal Obligation: If we are required by law to disclose information, we will do so.

D. Data Retention

• Email Content: The content of your emails passes through our system and is immediately delivered to your destination server. We do not store email content after it has been successfully forwarded.
• Logs: We retain system logs for a short period (e.g., 30 days) for the sole purpose of monitoring for abuse and troubleshooting.

E. Your Rights

Since we do not have user accounts, there is no "account" to delete. If you wish to stop using the Service, simply stop giving out your forwarding email address. We do not have a way to identify or delete your specific data from our temporary logs.

3. Disclaimer

The edumail.su service and its associated domains are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are a free service and you use it at your sole risk.

We explicitly disclaim all liability for:

• Lost or Undelivered Email: We do not guarantee that every email sent to you will be delivered, delivered in a timely manner, or be free of errors.
• Security: We do not guarantee that the service will be secure or free from viruses, malware, or other malicious components. While we take measures to filter spam, we are not liable for any malicious content that passes through our system.
• Data Loss or Damage: We are not responsible for any damage to your computer systems, loss of data, or other harm that results from your use of the Service.
• Service Availability: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

In no event will edumail.su or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
